This double story two bedroom Villa exudes style and comfort. When you walk through the front gate you are welcomed by a small yet picturesque private garden, and the expansive patio with a built in barbeque , the perfect spot to entertain or to chat whilst sipping on a sundowner.

The interior is tranquil and welcoming, modern and yet stylishly comfortable. The plus here is the working fire place in the living room, to ensure that curling up on the couch on a winter’s evening, watching a movie on the top of the range television is going to be time well spent.

In the summer months, you can be cool as a cucumber thanks to the air conditioning. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are all open plan, the modern kitchen will appeal to any foodie. You will also find a guest toilet on the ground floor. The villa comes with a secure remote controlled garage with direct access to the villa.
